Location: KLIA 1 / KLIA 2

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organised.
• Clear tables and maintain outlet cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Refill condiments, beverages, and other service items as needed.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and outlet SOPs.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in F&B is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
