• Daily Power BI Operations: Perform morning dashboard checks, monitor report refresh statuses, troubleshoot first-level failures, and escalate unresolved technical issues to the Manager.
• Report Maintenance: Support and update existing Power BI reports, visuals, layouts, and filters to ensure continuous accuracy and availability for business users.
• Report Preparation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (Sales, Inventory, etc.) and handle ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
• Data Validation: Run routine validation checks by comparing report outputs against source data to identify inconsistencies and report abnormalities.
• User Support: Provide first-level support for report inquiries, help business users understand dashboard content, and coordinate issue resolution with the Manager.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date report documentation, user guides, and SOPs while documenting recurring issues and troubleshooting steps.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist with testing report enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while continuously learning BI tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. (Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience).
• Technical Skills (Required): Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL; proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts) and familiarity with Google Sheets.
