We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Business Optimisation Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our organisation through business process excellence, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and AI adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and drive business optimisation strategies covering business process improvement, digital transformation, data management, and AI readiness/adoption to support the Company's long-term goals.
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities by working with business units to assess business needs, develop business cases, and recommend transformation initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of business optimisation projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Support organisational transformation and technology adoption by providing guidance on change management, digital initiatives, and AI implementation to enhance business performance.
• Monitor and measure programme outcomes by tracking project progress, managing risks, evaluating benefits, and reporting results to Management and the Board to ensure continuous improvement and sustainable value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, process optimisation, digital transformation, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in change management and transformation initiatives.
• Proven programme/ project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage effectively with senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive organisational change.
