We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to manage purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or operations support (F&B or retail preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
• Familiar with POS, ERP, or order processing systems (e.g., Xilnex, NetSuite, SAP)
• Able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
• Proactive and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
