Who We Are Looking For:

Desirable - Retired or semi-retired Registered Nurses (SRN), Matrons, Sister Nurses, or Medical Assistants.

Valid or previously held Malaysian Nursing Board or equivalent registration.

Passion for eldercare, patient advocacy, and community well-being.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, manage care staff scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, manage care home and staff budgets and act as the primary liaison for residents' families.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
