Job Responsibilities

• Perform rebuilding, overhauling, and reassembly of commercial vehicles, including trucks and lorries.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, differentials, axles, suspension systems, and other major components.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Replace or refurbish worn or damaged mechanical parts.
• Ensure all rebuilt vehicles and components meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Conduct functional testing and inspections after reassembly to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and workshop regulations.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 2 or Level 3 in Automotive, Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Diesel Engine Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of diesel engine overhaul, transmission, axle, brake, suspension, and steering systems.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and repair procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
