Job Description:

• Responsible for all the export & import shipment documents included prepare commercial invoice, packing list, shipment instruction.
• Ensure the accuracy of K2 form , Bill of lading and Form D.
• Follow up with forwarding agent to ensure the bill of lading & custom forms are available timely or Certificate of origin application.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure goods can be shipped in/out on time.
• Responsible for cost analysis renewal/submission in the dagang net system.
• Liaising with related parties to obtain the supporting documents timely.
• Manage the cost analysis list.
• Arrange fumigation service for every shipment.
• Ensure proper record filing and documentation.
• Check and update stock level standard items for export.
• Other duties to be assigned.

Requirements:

• Posses at least a SPM or Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping operations.
• Accept fresh graduate with willing to learn and fast learner.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes.
• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work under pressure working environment.
• Responsible and self motivated.
