Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily safety and security operations to ensure the protection of guests, employees, and hotel.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and investigations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Lead, train, and schedule security officers, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions.
• Manage safety systems and equipment, and coordinate with authorities for drills, audits, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role, with prior hotel experience being mandatory.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
