Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and consultative Pre-sales Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, low-code platforms, and Generative AI. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs with scalable, enterprise-grade technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to design, prototype, and present innovative architectures—ranging from traditional enterprise systems to GenAI-powered solutions—tailored to client objectives.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in designing technical architectures, developing proof-of-concepts, and leading presales engagements, with a strong focus on AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation. You will engage directly with clients through workshops and technical discussions, contribute high-quality technical inputs to proposals, and mentor junior consultants, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies to drive business value and solution excellence.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present technical solutions across platforms such as OutSystems, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead the creation of GenAI proof-of-concepts (POCs), showcasing capabilities in AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation as part of the presales process.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs, ensuring alignment with client goals and platform capabilities.
• Develop prototypes, demos, and technical presentations to illustrate solution feasibility and value.
• Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a presales perspective, including architecture validation, integration planning, and technical documentation.
• Engage in client workshops and technical discussions to address solution fit, performance, and extensibility.
• Document solution features, infrastructure requirements, and technical specifications for presales engagements.
• Ensure timely delivery of presales assets and contribute to proposals with high-quality technical inputs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to enterprise architecture discussions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs, and low-code platforms, and apply them to client use cases.
• Adapt to ad-hoc technical requests and collaborate across teams to meet dynamic client needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET) and experience with platforms like OutSystems, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of N-Tier architecture, enterprise application development, and integration strategies.
• Experience in AI/ML, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to design and deliver GenAI POCs tailored to client needs and business objectives.
• Experience in database design and management using SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Ability to manage multiple presales engagements and deliver within tight timelines.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution architecture discussions.
• Adaptability to handle dynamic client requirements and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
