Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Generate new sales leads to promote staffing services including Contract Staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
• Prepare customized proposals, service agreements, and commercial quotations pricing negotiation and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, HR Managers, Procurement Managers, and Business Leaders.
• Work closely with Internal Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Teams , Operations, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum5 years of proven business development or sales experience within the Staffing, Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, HR Outsourcing, or Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers across various industries is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for client meetings.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
