Position: Account Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting paperwork, data entry, and document processing.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• File, organize, and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Update and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Assist in preparing payment schedules and cheque/online payment documentation.
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and assist in monthly account closing.
• Support SST and E-Invoice documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
• Assist in stock, inventory, or asset documentation when required.
• Handle general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and maintaining office records.
• Carry out other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Department.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, LCCI, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software (Million Accounting Software is an advantage).
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with good filing and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
