Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate corporate, private, and promotional events.
• Manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee event setup and on-site operations.
• Handle unexpected issues and provide timely solutions.
• Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
