We run a UK-based career placement service helping international students land internships and graduate jobs. It’s fast-paced, process-driven work and we need someone who can keep up.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the operational backbone of our student and employer communications keeping inboxes managed, records clean, workflows running, and candidates moving forward.

• Handle day-to-day communication with students searching for internships and jobs
• Run and manage employer outreach via Gmail
• Keep Airtable records accurate and up to date
• Monitor n8n workflows and flag anything that breaks
• Manage lead lists and contact data in *************
• Chase follow-ups, track tasks, and keep things organised

You Are

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English - this is essential for this role
• A strong written communicator in both languages — clear, professional, and concise
• Someone who follows processes without cutting corners
• Experienced in a VA or operations support role
• Reliable and responsive during the hours above
• Comfortable picking up new tools quickly

Schedule:

• Mon–Thu: 8am–5pm (UK time zone)
• Fridays 8am–1pm (UK time zone)
• Saturday: 10am–3pm (UK time zone)
