Role Description

We are currently looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven, and operationally strong Merchandiser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product allocation, inventory movement, promotional planning, and merchandise performance across retail and online channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, stock optimization, and overall business growth by delivering the right products to the right locations at the right time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in merchandising, inventory planning, retail operations, or product allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in fashion retail or modest wear industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
