Job Descriptions: 

• Reporting to Project HOD (Property Development).

• Responsible for QS operation of projects as the owner’s representative (take off, BQ preparation & Materials sourcing, tender document preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation of V.O and of claims, checking of drawings , preparation of Letter of Awards etc).

• Lead in improvement of the project cost control, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking necessary action.

• Assist in operation matters such as pre-planning, cost estimate, pre-contract coordination, post-contract coordination, and budget and cost control tracking.

• Able to operate Autocad to review drawing and amendment if needed.

• Liaise with main contractors, sub- contractors, consultants and related other parties involved in the projects.

• Carry out re-measurement, site valuations, assessment and verification of claims and variation orders.

• Other assignments as and when deemed necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor./ Building Technology or other related studies.

• Min. 3 years of experiences hands-on working experience in building construction industry as Quantity Surveyor.

• Willing working at Kota Kinabalu.
