KWANG TAI AIR COND: HQ (Kuching, Jalan Ang Cheng Ho)

Responsibilities:

• Prepares periodic financial and management reports.

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.

• Monitor daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities.

• Ensure proper tax compliance including tax submission, tax estimation and tax payment.

• Prepare documentations / schedules for annual audits.

• To liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and other authority bodies.

• Review, recommend, execute and monitor process of improvement initiatives within the company.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess at least Professional Certificate / Degree in Accounting / ACCA or its equivalent.

• Has at least 3 years of working experience in accounting background would be an advantage.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
