Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

Receive, inspect, record, and store construction materials and equipment accurately.

Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and issue materials to site personnel as required.

Assist in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), delivery records, and other procurement-related documents.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Advisor, Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors on material deliveries and site administrative matters.

Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, delivery orders, correspondence, and filing systems.

Record and process site attendance, overtime, leave, and site payroll information accurately and on time.

Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, and organised.

Support document control by ensuring project records are complete, updated, and readily accessible.

Perform other site administration, inventory, or coordination duties assigned by the Project Manager or Project Director

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.

At least 1-3 years of experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience in the construction or property development industry is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and site documentation.
