• Undertakes all daily maintenance, repairs and services of all electrical, general mechanical equipment and other amenities/facilities in the hotel.
• Assists in all maintenance or repair works of the entire building structure, fitting & fixtures, painting and varnishing works in the hotel and the entire locking system.
• To be familiar with all electrical connections for lighting, telephone, audio visual and fire alarm system.
• To ensure all lighting, air-conditioning and other equipment in various areas of the hotel are switched on and off as complied with the schedule.
• To have experience in Hotel Engineering/Maintenance department
