About The Job

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and applications.
• Provide timely technical support to employees, both on-site and remotely.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems.
• Ensure data security through regular backups, antivirus updates, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and procurement of new technology.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT solutions and improvements.
• Document technical issues and solutions, and develop user guides and manuals.
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed and aligned with company standards

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar IT support or administrative role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security protocols (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN), routers, firewalls, VPNs and common business applications
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
