Job Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute automation projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce process waste.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and external suppliers.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and project reports.
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives, data analytics, and smart factory projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, Robotics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in automation projects within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PLC, OEE, Root Cause Analysis, and Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
