Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Assistant IT to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the resort's IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment. Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CCTV, door lock, PABX, and Wi-Fi.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and data backup.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and software updates.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance and support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Provide IT support during events and operational requirements when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
