Job Summary

To manage and oversee the assembly of complex products from start to finish. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality output, meeting production deadlines, and optimizing operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will drive process improvements, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of all box build assemblies.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end box build assembly operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure efficient and safe workflows.
• Monitor production schedules, resource usage, and inventory to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Track production metrics, report performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field; relevant certifications in manufacturing or quality management are a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in box build production, assembly operations, or manufacturing with proven team management and process improvement skills.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination..
