Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the company's overall risk management strategy, framework, and governance system.
2. Monitor the platform's overall risk exposure and establish effective risk monitoring, prevention, and response mechanisms.
3. Lead and manage the Risk Control Department, including Team Leaders and Supervisors, while building a high-performing organizational structure.
4. Analyze core business data, including user behavior, transaction patterns, and fund flows, to identify systemic risks and emerging threats.
5. Lead the investigation, resolution, and post-incident reviews of major risk events, continuously improving the organization's risk management capabilities.
6. Collaborate closely with senior management and business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making through comprehensive risk assessment and analysis.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field, with proven experience leading and managing teams.
2. Strong expertise in risk management frameworks, complex risk models, and enterprise-level risk control system design.
3. Excellent data analysis, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
4. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational management skills.
5. Able to perform effectively under pressure with a high level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
