We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Physiotherapist to join our growing team. As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will work closely with senior physiotherapists to assess, treat, and monitor patients while delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage patient records accurately.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans under supervision.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment using electrotherapy modalities and manual therapy techniques where appropriate.
- Prescribe and demonstrate therapeutic exercises based on each patient's condition.
- Educate and advise patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, posture, and home exercise programmes.
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Prepare clinical documentation, treatment notes, and patient progress reports.
- Build professional relationships through effective communication with patients and their families.
- Attend and provide physiotherapy services for home visit (house call) patients when required.
- Assist the marketing team by participating in educational content creation, social media videos, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all physiotherapy equipment and treatment machines are properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for use.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and professional clinical environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform sports massage is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
- Able to work effectively in a team and under the guidance of senior physiotherapists.
- Willing to learn, develop new clinical skills, and continuously improve.
- Able to work independently with good clinical judgement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, professional, and patient-centred.
- Good time management with a strong sense of punctuality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the growth of the clinic.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
