We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team while delivering exceptional patient care. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for managing complex cases, mentoring junior physiotherapists, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to the growth and development of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, consultations, and physiotherapy treatments.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.
- Manage and oversee complex clinical cases while providing guidance to junior physiotherapists.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior physiotherapists in their clinical development and daily practice.
- Review and monitor patient documentation, treatment records, and clinical reports prepared by junior staff.
- Monitor the clinical performance, productivity, and professional development of junior physiotherapists.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered according to the clinic's clinical standards and best practices.
- Participate in company meetings, case discussions, multidisciplinary collaborations, and external partnership meetings.
- Work closely with the management and marketing team to support business growth, community outreach, and branding initiatives.
- Generate ideas to improve existing services, enhance patient experience, and introduce new physiotherapy services based on current healthcare trends.
- Maintain excellent communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of clinical equipment and uphold a safe clinical environment.
- Perform other leadership and operational responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy (preferred).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage complex patient cases independently.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Organised, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to contribute to service development and business growth initiatives.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
