We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Executive, ESG (Environmental) to support the implementation of the Group's environmental sustainability initiatives and ESG strategy. This role will work closely with business units and stakeholders to drive sustainability reporting, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and decarbonisation initiatives across the Group.

In this role, you will:

• Support the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, emissions reduction, waste management, recycling, and water stewardship programmes.
• Monitor environmental performance and coordinate sustainability initiatives across Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
• Collect, validate, analyse, and manage ESG data to support sustainability reporting and regulatory disclosures.
• Prepare ESG reports, dashboards, and environmental performance updates while ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Support the implementation of the Group's ESG strategy, environmental roadmap, and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Monitor developments in ESG regulations, sustainability frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on ESG reporting, environmental initiatives, and sustainability projects.
• Support ESG awareness programmes, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and day-to-day ESG operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
• Experience within infrastructure, construction & real estate, oil & gas, or mining & quarrying industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, NSRF, and Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Requirements.
• Strong analytical, organisational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
