JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy earthmoving machinery (including hydraulic excavators and shovel loaders). The primary objective is to excavate, move, and load materials while strictly adhering to site safety and productivity standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Machine Operation: Operate excavators and shovel loaders for digging, trenching, grading, and material handling.
• Loading Operations: Load dump trucks, feed hoppers, and conveyors with raw materials efficiently.
• Pre-Operational Inspections: Conduct daily checks on fluid levels, hydraulics, tracks, tires, and braking systems before operation.
• Site Housekeeping: Clear debris, maintain clear haulage paths, and clean machinery at the end of shifts.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor blind spots, maintain safe working distances from structures and ground personnel, and follow site traffic rules.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and immediately report mechanical faults, leaks, or unusual engine behaviors to the maintenance team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent technical vocational certificate.
• Licensing: Valid heavy machinery operation license / CIDB green card (or local equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating excavators or shovel loaders in heavy industrial environments.
• Skills: Excellent spatial awareness, quick reflex coordination, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
