We are looking for a creative and motivated Sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their renovation or interior design requirements, preparing design proposals, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients and the project team to deliver functional, attractive, and cost-effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their renovation and interior design needs.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements.
• Prepare layout plans, design concepts, and material recommendations.
• Provide quotations and explain design proposals to clients.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, renovation, furniture, or construction sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and design.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation (preferred).
