Job Location : Plaza Tanjung Aru

Requirements and skills:

- Candidate must be at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Good attitude and can work independently.

Responsibilties :

- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for construction materials.
- Prepare Interim Claims (Progress Claims) for ongoing construction projects.
- Prepare Project Progress Reports and update project progress records.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Assist in preparing quotations, Variation Orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Assist in taking off quantities from construction drawings and project specifications.
- Assist in monitoring project costs and budget control.
- Maintain project documentation and filing records.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding project-related matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
