Wealth Management Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

Build Client Relationships

• Be the friendly point of contact for clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins.
• Understand clients’ needs and ensure they receive excellent support.

Appointment & Schedule Management

• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Manage calendars and follow-ups efficiently.
• Keep client engagements running smoothly.

Client & Administrative Support

• Prepare and maintain client records.
• Assist with documentation, claims and payment processing.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Events & Engagement

• Support workshops, appreciation events and client activities.
• Help create memorable experiences for both clients and the team.

Who We’re Looking For

• SG or PRs
• Minimally Diploma, A-Levels, or higher
• Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people
• Organised with good time management skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Canva (training provided where necessary)
• No prior industry experience required — comprehensive 1 to 1 trainings and mentorship will be provided
