Work Arrangement: Hybrid (A balanced arrangement combining work-from-home autonomy for creative copywriting, planning, and reporting, with required on-site days for community engagement, content creation, and team alignment)
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Associate will support the execution of our multi-channel digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance data to drive foot traffic to our physical spaces and increase digital membership conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Creation
Conceptualize, produce, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (stills, short-form videos/Reels, and copy) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
Assist in capturing the daily energy of our physical spaces at Kim Yam Road to showcase our events, workshops, and community stories.
Actively monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, direct messages, and member inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned voice.
2. Campaign Management & Email Marketing
Support the planning and deployment of regular email marketing campaigns and member newsletters to promote upcoming events, memberships, and brand partnerships.
Assist in tracking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to ensure efficient lead generation and acquisition.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring event listings, membership details, and blog contents are current and SEO-optimized.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
Track, compile, and analyze monthly digital marketing metrics (engagement rates, website traffic, conversion funnels, and email open rates).
Provide actionable insights and creative recommendations to continuously improve digital brand visibility and ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, co-working spaces, or creative agency environments is highly desirable.
Creative Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut) with a keen eye for lifestyle aesthetics, visual storytelling, and design trends.
Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), website management systems, and social media analytics.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Professional fluency in English is required to draft high-quality marketing copy and collaborate effectively with members, partners, and team members.
Flexibility & Autonomy: Highly organized with a strong ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment—comfortable working independently from home on execution tasks, while fully available for on-site collaboration and content capture days at our Kim Yam Road venue.
