We are seeking a young, dynamic, and Mandarin-speaking B2B Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the office furniture systems market. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and skilled at building strong client relationships within the corporate and commercial sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, present innovative solutions, and close sales that align with our company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Generate & qualify leads; identify potential business clients and assess project fit

• To consult and understand client needs and requirements for office fit-outs & furniture solutions
• To Propose & prepare quotations, proposals and clarify timelines with clients
• To confirm and close the deal by negotiating, and confirm project details
• To handover the confirmed projects smoothly to the Project & Design team
• To build lasting client relationships and follow up projected sales from clients

Requirements

• Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in office furniture systems or interior solutions.
• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong understanding of office furniture products, modular systems, and the local market.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Attractive commission & remuneration package

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
