Customer Service Officer

Job Scope:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out using the self check-in kiosk.
• Guide guests politely when they need help at the front counter.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Update room availability and room status from time to time.
• Follow up with in-house guests for extensions and payments.
• Follow up bookings through OTA platforms and hotel system.
• Assist with no-show checking and booking updates.
• Promote good guest reviews after check-out.
• Work on 12-hour shifts, including morning or night shift as scheduled.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
