Job Responsibilities

- Lead and guide the packing team.

- Make sure daily packing targets are achieved.

- Check that products are packed, labeled, and packed into cartons correctly.

- Train new packing operators.

- Work with the Production Manager, Warehouse, and QC team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Report any packing issues, machine problems, or manpower shortages to the Production Manager.

- Keep the packing area clean and follow GMP, Halal, and safety rules.

- Make sure all operators follow company work procedures (SOP).

Requirements

- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma.

- At least 2 years of working experience in a factory.

- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.

- Experience leading a team is preferred.

- Responsible, hardworking, and able to lead a team.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work overtime when needed.
