Duties and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including collection targets.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums as required.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to develop and execute effective sales and brand strategies to ensure consistent marketing messages.
• Promote and sell the company’s products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
• Grow the assigned territory’s market share and achieve individual sales targets.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of target customers to prepare accurate proposals and effectively close sales.
• Respond to customer enquiries and leads promptly; prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals.
• Willing to travel outstation as required.
• Manage and maintain effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma. Degree holder are encourage to apply.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience is preferred and experience in manufacturing, marketing and sales is essential.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Personal qualities of initiative, drive and commitment to succeed are essential
• Possess a car with a valid driving license
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Pay: RM1,858.87 - RM5,000.00 per month
