Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transaction banking solutions and client migration initiatives, covering both cash management and trade finance services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with client teams to define implementation requirements, including solution design, payment file specifications, connectivity setup, and security requirements.
• Work closely with client IT stakeholders to establish and validate host-to-host (H2H) connectivity between client systems and banking platforms.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring successful execution, issue resolution, and formal sign-off.
• Manage production deployment activities, including migration from test to live environments and establishing production connectivity with client systems.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation delivery.
• Monitor implementation progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support during the stabilization period and ensure smooth transition to the relevant support teams.
• Drive a positive client experience through proactive communication and effective issue management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Approximately 7–12 years of overall professional experience, including 1–6 years in transaction banking, cash management, trade finance, payments, or related financial services areas.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking products, including payments, cash management, trade finance, and digital banking channels.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with corporate clients and managing multiple stakeholder groups.
• Technology-oriented background with exposure to system integration, file transmission protocols, APIs, connectivity solutions, or host-to-host implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering against tight timelines.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and implementation best practices.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of exercising sound judgment while working independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM125,000.00 - RM200,000.00 per year
