Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform research to a potential vendors
  • Perform comparison and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Perform negotiation in contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Perform ordering and ensure timely delivery
  • Reviewing quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into systems
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Ensure that any invoices, delivery order & purchased order are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Responsible to ensure the purchased product in proper storage
  • Perform monthly stock count with respective department
  • Prepare monthly inventory report
  • Assist monthly & yearly financial closing
  • Responsible to ensure purchased product are Halal Product
  • Members of Halal Community in company
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Any other activities and tasks requested by Assistant Manager, Finance and Hotel Manager

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
