WE ARE HIRING | Senior Procurement Executive
Working Location: Bidor, Perak - Hostel provided
Position: Senior Procurement Executive
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Sauces & Condiments)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality products, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders (PO), monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives.
• Review supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (preferably in manufacturing/F&B industry).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory control, and cost management.
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
