We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive Estate Operations & Fleet Coordinator to support the Director in the daily administration of our oil palm estate. This role also oversees fleet coordination and requires regular visits to plantation sites to ensure smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and communication with headquarters, government agencies, suppliers, and contractors.
• Assist in preparing monthly operational reports, budget documentation, and estate records.
• Conduct regular visits to sites to oversee fleet operations and logistics requirements.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to ensure efficient fleet operations.
• Coordinate with estate staff and drivers to ensure timely transportation and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
