Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director. This is a remote work-from-home position requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Job Summary

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director.
• Manage personal property records, tenancy renewals, maintenance, and insurance renewals.
• Monitor and maintain records for vehicle insurance, road tax, servicing, COE, and loan information.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and travel itineraries.
• Schedule medical appointments and manage medical claims and reimbursement documentation.
• Organize and coordinate annual prayer events, religious ceremonies, and related purchases.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare summaries for tax, insurance, donations, and personal expenses.
• Monitor important renewal dates, payments, and compliance deadlines.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update records in ************* and other systems.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
• Required to attend a weekly in-person meeting with the Director every Wednesday at the Serangoon area.
• Must be contactable during working hours and available to attend ad-hoc meetings or appointments when required.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
