Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end 4PL logistics operations across APAC
- Act as the key decision-maker for logistics execution and operational issues
- Ensure 4PL providers deliver according to agreed SOPs and SLAs
- Take full ownership in resolving operational gaps where 4PL execution is inconsistent
- Monitor logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QA, Customer Service, Planning Team) to align logistics support with business needs
- Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
- Proven exposure to 3PL / 4PL environment (4PL experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and global freight management (air & sea)
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-country supply chain environment
- Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Comfortable working with legacy systems (e.g., BPCS or similar ERP systems)
- Strong operational mindset – able to make decisions and take ownership
- Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
