Embedded within a leading American Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the projec
t.Working closely with the Project Management team, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will provide planning and scheduling expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Requirem
- entsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipl
- ine.Proven experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale construction or engineering proje
- cts.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essent
- ial.Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, progress measurement, and earned value princip
- les.Experience planning projects across the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and hando
- ver.Working knowledge of CSA and MEP construction activities and their sequenc
- ing.Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving ski

Preferred Qualifica
- tionsPrevious data center or other mission-critical infrastructure project experience is highly advantag

- ning.Experience using planning and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar software is an added advan
