Job Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems and generator sets.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and farm infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for greenhouse automation, irrigation, lighting, cooling systems, and cold storage.
• Liaise with TNB, contractors, and authorities on electrical maintenance and inspections.
• Supervise Chargeman A1, Chargeman A0, Wiremen, and technicians.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations.
• Respond to electrical faults and emergency maintenance when required.

Job Requirements

• Valid Chargeman A4 (PJ4) Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in low-voltage electrical systems and generator maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams is an advantage.
• Willing to work in an outdoor farm environment and be on-call when required.
