• Prepare Coffee Beverages: Expertly craft a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) according to customer preferences and company standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas, equipment, and dining areas clean, sanitized, and organized to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and operate the cash register.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Replenish items as needed.
• Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, recipes, and brewing procedures to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
