The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required to support manufacturing and business operations. This role works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity, optimize procurement processes, and support operational and business objectives.

Job Description

• Manage procurement activities for equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Drive cost savings, process improvements, and procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Job Requirement

• Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
