Finance & Accounting Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and committed Finance & Accounting Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. 

The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• In Charge and Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, payment processing, invoicing, and filing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts accurately and timely.
• Perform bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, SST & E-Invoice reconciliation and account balance verification.
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Handle monthly closing, financial reporting, and management reports preparation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support audit, tax, SST, E-Invoive, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory-related matters.
• Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of accounting data and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and finance-related analysis when needed.
• Support process improvement and internal control enhancement for finance and accounting operations.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
