Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed lot schedules to support production planning and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Coordinate and ensure readiness for NPI builds (ES / Qualification / Ramp / SOD)
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to align schedules, material readiness, and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate clear and effective cross-functional communication to resolve operational issues, mitigate risks, and ensure departmental alignment.
  • Monitor day-to-day production progress, proactively identifying potential delays or constraints and implementing corrective actions to protect timelines.
  • Ensure all required documentation—including Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and supporting records—are accurate, current, and compliant with internal standards.
  • Track production performance against plan and highlight risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and customers, providing clear visibility on status, milestones, and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor production progress (WIP, output, cycle time) and adjust plans to meet delivery targets
  • Track and manage NPI milestones, ensuring all timeline commitments are achieved
  • Identify potential risks (capacity, material shortage, delays) and drive recovery and mitigation plans
  • Support ramp-up activities and transition to mass production
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in ERP / MES systems


Job Requirements:

  • Possesses a Diploma and bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operational Research, Engineering, or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor planning or a related field
  • Skilled in using Excel, ERP or any planner system
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Solid understanding of production workflows and documentation control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset
