Project Manager (Remote)

Superminted is looking for a remote Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our agency’s projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination between teams, vendors, and clients—all while working remotely.

You should be comfortable managing projects independently, and communicating effectively in a virtual setting. A key part of this role is ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met, while also fostering collaboration in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize productivity across teams.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Ensure clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients, aligning expectations and deliverables.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Prevent scope creep while ensuring teams remain focused and aligned with project goals.
• Document project learnings and best practices to improve future workflows.

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Knowledge

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
• Experience working remotely is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of agency processes across branding, design, social media, websites, campaigns, event activations and video production.
• Proficiency in project management tools

• Ability to explain marketing-related processes clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
