• Operate, maintain and repair all HVAC system such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, Exhausting system, etc.
• Responsible to do the maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment in accordance with approved standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency of equipment at all times. (e.g. laundry, kitchen, heaters, air-conditioning, refrigeration, water treatment, generators, boiler, gas, water supply, drainage system, elevator and fire fighting system, etc..)
• Advise on improvements to present mechanical systems
• Ensure Hotel’s safety equipment and functional
• Participate when assigned to any renovation or expansion work in the Hotel.
• Assist Project Engineers / Maintenance Engineers on renovation works or expansion of Hotel facilities
• Perform other services or duties as requested by Head of Engineering.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
