Family Products Hiring! Full Time Chemist - R-D in Perak, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Develop, improve and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes and analytical methods.
• Study effects of various methods of processing, preserving, and packaging on composition and properties of finished goods.
• Assist to prepare specifications for processes, facilities, products and tests.
• Assist in ISO, SOP and customer audit.
• Ensure product license are renewed on time and well documented.
• To actively innovate, invent, design and develop competitive end products, advanced formulation as well as new substitute for raw materials that may yield improved quality and better cost saving to meet present and future business needs.
• To support and carry out product development activities such as conducting survey, research, intensive product testing, etc, consistent with customer demand, business plan and market trends while ensuring that associated intellectual property is protected.
• To study existing products on all aspects such as value added, raw materials regulatory requirements/licensing, specifications, optimization, cost reduction, characterization, quality and design.
• Establish, plan, manage and maintain R&D project including good cost discipline/budget to maximize the value delivered and drive the advancement from lab scale to commercialization or pilot run.
• To perform products’ formulation, rework or modification according to customer requirements.
• To communicate with Taiwan branch and prepare report for R&D towards meeting Company’s expectations.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with superior on project progress, results and analysis.
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior/management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
